NEWS/FEATURE WRITING
Having worked 8 years as a senior journalist at The National newspaper, based in Abu Dhabi, and previous work experience at The Financial Times and CNN in London, I have reported on a number of topics, including diplomacy, security, nuclear energy and defense. Other subjects I have covered include the environment, space, technology, education, entrepreneurship, art, culture, humanitarian issues and agriculture as well as water, renewables and property.
EDITING
During my time as an editor at The National newspaper in Abu Dhabi and a copy-editor at the online news portal NOW LEBANON in Beirut, I worked as an editor on breaking news copy as well as feature stories. As a freelancer, I have also edited press releases, opinion pieces and research papers.
