UAE’s ’10 million meals’ drive brings relief to low-income families in Ramadan

The nationwide campaign was inaugurated on April 20 by Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma al-Maktoum, chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the UAE Food Bank and wife of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, vice-president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
Sheikh Mohammed said providing food for everyone is the UAE’s priority during its battle against the pandemic.
